Tatkaar School of Kathak

Tatkaar School of Kathak in Bahrain was initiated by Khalil Alashar in 2018 and it stands as one of the only and finest centers that provides authentic training in Kathak.
Students as early as the age of eight can start their training in Kathak and while being under the guidance of Khalil Alashar, they can pursue degrees and take up Kathak professionally.
We are affiliated with Bharati Viydapeeth Deemed University in Pune, India where a nine-year level of diplomas are offered from the Foundation Level (Year 1) to Advanced Diploma Level 2 (Year 9).
The classes are highly structured following a curriculum in an intimate and caring setting. Students are also trained for stage performances
